The bios won't allow the keyboard lights to stay lit and adjust to a specific color. Something doesn't coordinate between the OS, bios, and build. It's the same for all 3 Tracer computers we've purchased in the last year. It would be amazing if you folks had any input on that.

I would recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a great setup for work, school, or gaming. This is my second purchase and I am more than pleased with the products. First was a desktop PC customized for my spouse for gaming. This laptop is going to be put to heavy use by myself while work toward a PhD. The communication with CyberPowerPC from beginning to delivery is above and beyond.

The laptop is a solid build. I did have an issue with the keyboard and a couple of applications after the initial setup and installing updates. After a chat with tech support and some internet research I was able to fix them.
