Everything works great, except for the fans which are running very loud. I had to do some adjustments to silence the fans. I also paid for professional wiring (white cables), but there were no white cables inside, all black. I love the fast shipment, didn't take too long and the pc looks great. I can't wait un til my next order!

Everyone was very helpful in completing my order and changing my delivery address. Process was quick and easy. I would like to see the estimated shipping date be more accurate after order is placed and processing time quicken. I understand it takes time to prepare, validate, and create an order.

All i can say is to put fragile on the box or handle with care because i purchased the GeForce Pro Gaming PC i think its 2 weeks ago when i open the box the glass is shuttered.. And also the replacement of the glass hopefully it won’t take long or weeks But all and all are Good except for the cover glass

The website was easy to use, and I liked that it had multiple pictures of the system (at varying angles) I wanted to order. My only critique is that of all the pictures of the system it showed, it didn't include a picture of the back of the system. I wanted to be able to see which ports (and how many) would be available for accessories.

This is my 3rd PC purchased from CyberPower since 2010 and the only place I go when I’m ready for a new PC. The website is extremely easy to use, and you don’t need much computer hardware knowledge to build a PC. I recommend CyberPower to everyone.

Pricing was fair for the specs, and saving me the time and energy for building, cable managing, etc, was worth it. The PC came with issues, however, and working with Tech support was easy, but they were not as knowledgeable as I wanted them to be. For example I had to replace the AIO CPU Cooler, and was told there would be no thermal paste. I bought some to be ready, but when the new cooler arrived, it had pre-applied paste. So I wasted my time and money to buy extra paste I have no use for. The buying process was easy to understand. My only other complaint is with the shipping. I purchased on Tuesday night, was promised a Friday delivery (2 business days). It ended up getting pushed one day to Saturday, which is fine. UPS told me they would be at my house at a certain time frame, and then came well before (three hours early), which of course I was not home. I ended up not getting it until Monday, which is now very late and I had to take the day off of work to make sure I could sign for it. Overall the delivery was very disappointing.

The prebuilt pc I purchased seems to be exactly as I ordered, I have only been using it for a couple of weeks however in this time the pc has been working great and I have had no problems. The power this pc has for the price is amazing and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Website said I could ship computer to a different billing address. It wasn't until after I purchased the computer they said I cannot. Huge inconvenience would not of bought computer it I knew this.

Being limited to shipping to my credit card address, having to sign for it, and getting a delivery window of 9am to 9pm is extremely disrespectful and disruptive. When I reached out to the support team I was told there’s nothing that can be done. I would honestly rate the delivery even lower if I could. Otherwise great product.

My new CyberPower PC I9 AMD Ryzen 9950X3d Motherboard, Nvidia 5080 Graphics card, 64 GB RAM; Quiet, fast/productive; a speed demon. Only qualm I have is when I placed the order online, the order offered both a Fast Build process and 2 Day Shipping option, Apparently, You can either select Fast Build process or 2 day delivery Not Both. Anyway Tech Support has been Stellar. My last CyberPower PC was 5.5 years old but needed a new pc that was Windows 11 compliant. Hoping to have many years with my new Cyberpower Rig!!
