I've built multiple PCs over the years but decided to buy one online this time as I simply don't have the time anymore so this was my first time buying a custom-built PC online and the overall experience, available configuration options, and value were simply outstanding. I researched multiple online websites and vendors that specialize in custom-built PCs and none provided the amount of configuration options and value that CyberPowerPC offered. The PC arrived when on time and as expected and was incredibly well packaged with all components firmly in place after unpacking. The overall build was really well done with all wiring neatly organized and tucked away to provide a clear view of all the components in the case. Very happy with the product, service, and overall experience.

Ordered my computer and had it on my doorstep less than two weeks later. Everything was meticulously wired and setup, well-packaged and protected and runs like a dream. I'm incredibly satisified with the entire process and have no complaints. The only thing I can think to have them add is to have a service (for some small price increase) where the techs will update to the latest BIOS and drivers for all equipment. That said, other than sitting and watching loading bars, none of it was a big deal.

Everything was pretty good except for 3 things that were not great being that I’m a Canadian customer. 1) Had issues submitting credit card payment because I didn’t know to the exact character how my address was typed in with my credit card company. I’ve never experienced this issue before. 2) could not select a different shipping address. Delivery scheduled during work hours and no one was home at my home address. 3) shipppng via UPS is REALLY EXPENSIVE!! UPS charged over $300 in customs brokerage fees. I don’t mind paying duty and taxes, but the brokerage fees that UPS charge is extortion.

I'm a repeat customer at CyberpowerPC - I bought my pc back in 2021 during the height of the GPU crisis, and I actually had a negative experience because one of my parts in my custom PC was on backorder, so I didn't get my shipment until around 5 weeks after I should have. I wasn't going to buy from CPPC again, but I did a lot of research, and I just couldn't beat the prices they offer. I got an RTX 5060ti 16 GB + a Ryzen 7 8700F CPU, with 32 GB of 6000mhz ram and a 2TB SSD desktop, plus 2 180mhz 1440p monitors for about $1,600 (pre-tax). If I bought those components separately, I'd have paid at least $2k+ in total. Those black friday/Cyber Monday deals were absurd. I saved at least $600. My pc arrived within 5 days of my order being placed (insane), and my monitors a few days later. My only issue is that the glass case was slightly damaged during shipping, and it now has a chip in the side - but I can't necessarily blame CPPC for that. Overall, if you're looking for a custom-built gaming PC with an unbeatable price, fast shipping, and true quality assurance, CyberPowerPC is next level. Most other companies overcharge to the point where you'd be better off building it yourself.

3 things. 1) my third purchase from you guys. Best build so far but wiring could have been done better. The liquid cooler had wiring running across it preventing one of the fans from spinning. 2) didn’t realize that the cpu cooler is now mounted to the top? I think would fit better front. 3) Wish I knew case only had one fan, would have bought more, that’s on me for not reading into details.

Website was easy to navigate, sales team was responsive and ready to confirm placement of order, the setup support call was very helpful. Small shipping delay and a couple of cables came loose in transit but everything was quickly resolved.

I have not received my package as of yet. Due to delivery with UPS. I cannot change my delivery or do anything else. If I don't receive my package today the will mail it back to the sender. This is very inconvenient.

Cyberpower is great, excellent products at good prices. UPS delivery is an ongoing nightmare and it has not arrived yet. I urge you to allow more options for delivery (sign in advance, address change, etc.) to help offset UPS' breathtaking incompetence.

With holiday special I was supposed to get 2-day air shipment for free. The package was supposed to be delivered by end of day Wed 12-3-25. It showed "out for delivery" on 12-3, 12-4, and 12-5. I received it the morning of 12-5. Good thing I didn't have to have it by 12-3! If I had explicitly paid for 2-day shipping I would be demanding that money back. The package got to Springfield, VA and on a truck for delivery by 12-3, so the problem appears to be UPS at the Springfield, VA distribution point. This is obviously not CyberPower's fault. UPS is hit or miss in my area. I have not had this problem with FedEx here.

Product is quite incredible, pc works amazingly and runs everything quite well. I only had small issues at the beginning but I think that was because of some bios settings I set, after going back to default bios I have had zero problems. I did also notice my front fans were set to exhaust so I did have to flip those but other than that, I quite enjoy the pc!
