Ordering was incredibly easy and shipping was fast. Couldn't have asked for better considering I don't live in an area where I could locally buy something equivalent.

Other than the price (for obvious reasons), and the options for shipping. It was a great service. I had to mail it to my old billing address (parents house). Which was a hassle. The website is a little confusing since i didn’t know what i was looking for. I had to get a friend to help.

Overall very happy with purchase, price slightly over self build. Ordering awesome options. Willis replied promptly to allow me to upgrade gnu due to stock issue and stay on time shipping. Only slight complaint would be a couple of the cables were put in kind of sloppy, rear fan plug sticking out. GPU balance on phantek case wasn't utilized. Drivers out of date. Cable on the stage cooler not really tucked in anywhere. But overall beautiful machine, good price and nothing i cant fix.

Mine came with a broken ram so I can’t use it :( but support was helpful and super nice and quick about getting me a replacement. I just hope I get the new ram soon….

Only real challenge I had was that I was not advised there was a delay on the GPU until I reached out to check my order. The website order tracking was not updated and kept showing the same shipping date even when it was past due. I only found out after calling in to ask what was going on. This could have been automated and saved both parties time on that conversation.

Easy to add customizable parts via their pre built simulator. Good product descriptions and checks compatability with swapping components. Pricing was very competitive and much better than most competitors. Happy with the build and happy gaming!

Delivery was delayed over 2 weeks with no indication from cyberpowerpc that it would be delayed. Website didn't say that any components were backordered. Provided a ship date of 9/27 I called support on 9/30 and was told it wasn't started because parts had to be ordered. I would have selected alternate parts if I had known.

Computer is exactly what I wanted and works great. The mouse and keyboard however are not. The keyboard has a sticker key T that only works occasionally. The mouse’s left button squeaks every time it’s clicked.

Imagine how I panicked when after placing my order for an awesome machine that I realized I that I forgot to paste in the discount code that allowed me to afford it. Counting the hours till they CyperPowerPC opened the next morning, I nervously called 60 seconds after opening, expecting the usual wait. Happily the tech (obviously not the usual clueless operator) answered on the second ring, and said "No problem, I just applied the discount". I wish every (any?) tech site had this kind of service. Thanks a mill CyperPowerPC!

Overall well done. However, I would include manuals and guides that came with individual parts to the buyer so they know how to use settings or troubleshoot going forward. Also, one of my monitors arrived with a couple dead pixels.

There's a couple things that didn't go smoothly once the order was submitted but nothing I'm going to nitpick at too much. My order status is still in process and sitting at QC passed, it never actually got adjusted to shipped, even though I have the PC because it did indeed ship. While it seems like a minor thing, attention to detail is important and the fact this step was skipped makes me worry about what steps may have been skipped during the actual PC build. I also never received the mouse pad that was offered for free along with the purchase. It's not that big of a deal since I already have a desk mat, it just would have been nice to have a back up.

This was one of the easiest and most satisfying purchase experiences I have had recently. I was actually recommended to the site by an AI prompt for a reasonable machine that would handle Unreal Engine programming. The machine can ready to roll. I had to go back through a couple of times, because the order would not go through on Firefox. eventually had to switch to chrome so the order could work.

Everything was good except my liquid cpu cooler came with multiple scratches on it. I’m paying a lot for this pc and it shouldnt have any scratches whatsoever. Very disappointing in that.

I am happy with how the build turned out. The base pc was a great starting point for me to customize each component that I wanted. All of the sales promotions is what made me order a custom pc through this company rather than my local Micro Center. The website was easy to navigate and is very intuitive.
