I did all things required of me, including buying a 850 tower, registration the tower, yet have no email, or letter with the code.

How long am i to wait? until you guys get around to it i guess? So you're going to tell me to contact customer service via a phone call? Why should i have to do that. Why cant you respect me as a customer who spent his hard earned money, and do what you guys are supposed to do.

So if my pc gets infected ill just send it back ton you guys and you can send me one with protection

It would;d be different if there was no offer yet, there was.

So now what, sit here and wait like every one else?

I need an answer before i elevate this to the bbb. Whats right is right. This isnt right

A) You think making a phone is beneath you or something? This is how people used to communicate. It still works rather well. You "did all the things you should" and now you're just sitting there pissed off? Wow...

B) You don't even need AV. Use what's built in to Windows. Don't waste your time on that crap...

Ok first, remain calm. Second, it is just Norton or Macaffe. They are both sub par now even when compaired with the free options out there. They actually have been known to tie up a system WORSE than most viruses. Get a nice free full featured firewall. Run Malewarebytes once in a while. Don't use torrents or visit shady adult sites. Don't open spam email. Follow these simple guidelines and the likelihood of getting a virus or Trojan is way way down.

If you want the free version that was offered just call them. This is NOT a huge company and Christmas rush kills these guys. Be reasonable.

We do apologize for any confusion and inconvenience however we physically mail out the McAfee Anti Virus Voucher to the address provided from registration. It typically takes about 2-4 business days to process and mail out.

Here is the thing. I spend money based on the word of a company. Ito February now I still haven't received it. They are a big enough company to have dropped this in my mail box by now, yet, it's not here

If the Antivirus us support or not isn't the point, the point is if you say you're going to do something, you do it. At least that's how I was raised, and how my company works. I will lose money to make sure a job is done correctly, but that's just me.

I have every right to be upset.

Don't open emails with attachments? That's so 2000. Things are diffrent now as I have an android phone that can be hacked with a single text message, opened or not. You think windows defender will stop that when I plug my phone into my pc?

Though that's not the point either.

You stand behind your word, if you can't do that on such a simple task, I won't support the company.

What happens if I really needed their help. I'd be told on the forums that it'll be OK?

It is what it is

If the online registration failed to verify the address provided or the computer serial number it will delay receiving the Anti-Virus voucher. If you can message me your registration info and the date you registered I can take a look on its status and progress.
