So,i'm making a new thread on this because it'll look cleaner to me,anyways I've had the pc for around half a year and i want to increase the performance on it so i was looking at getting a new gpu  but i don't know bc my pc came with a 450w psu and also i'm interested in upgrading my ram,any help will be appreciated

450 watt PSU is to small to do any upgrading to a better GPU. You should be looking at a 650 watt, then you can look at a Nvidia 2070 or AMD RX 5700

Your link it not useful. The system is no longer available and we have no idea what MOBO you have. Yes you can upgrade and add additional RAM, but you have to know what MOBO you have to see what brand and speed of RAM is compatible.

when you click the link and go to "specifications" it shows more info but ik the motherboard is GA-78LMT-USB3 R2

The GTX 1660 4 gb runs on about the same wattage. Still a PSU upgrade and a 1660Ti 8gb with 8 on your mobo will play 1080p at max settings
