Oh yes, temporary and all cache files have a really negative impact on the computers. I remember I met such a problem when I was playing PC games and there was a moment when I faced with a very slow speed so I was adviced to try a cleaning app which is described in details on https://thinkmobiles.com/blog/best-registry-cleaner-tools. There are the best ones and I was really thankful for this advice because it helped me to restore the high speed for games with the help of cleaning tools. Now I use them periodically to do a prophylaxis for my computer's good state ;)

Bull. A manual clean up is better. Just an attempt at pushing useless software.

Optimizers are usually a scam.  I am guessing moderators removed a link?

There can come a time when your computers can face certain issues. One of the main problems that can come forward is the speed. A sudden decline in the speed of a PC is due to many reasons:

* Presence of Malware and Virus

* Lack of RAM

* Overheating

* Out-of-date Drivers

* A PC is too old

* Temporary Files

To have a quick control over these issues, a proper guidance and information is crucial. Other than this, choosing a reliable optimizer software can certainly help in resolving many issues with ease.
