I am using cyberpower Fangbook III HX6 for past 3 months.

I am facing sudden restart while browsing and using normal software itself.
And then sometimes I am getting restart also.

Actually I am getting restart frequentLY while I am using in battery mode but if I am using while in charging it was getting shutdown.
There was no error message or nothing.

PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTION AND HELP ME TOO.

These are my Specs.

Check in event viewer and reliability monitor. It should give you info on what caused the crash. Once we find out what it says, we can offer some suggestions.

Might be the Powersupply is not stable or damaged.  The event view is reporting power was lost versus being a software driven glitch or a thermal issue.

Since this is a laptop, the only other thing I can think of is that the power distribution on the laptop may not be fully good.  Another test would be to keep it hooked up to AC and see if it 'wonks' out like that, battery disconnected.

Did you force restart it at all. Like holding the power button to turn it off?
