For all owners of Radeon HD 4000 series video cards:

FYI, when the ATI Catalyst Control Center is opened it will often show a banner similar to the one here.  This is a static banner that will always list "Radeon HD 4870" and will not represent the video card that is currently installed in the computer.  Therefore, it will appear whether a Radeon HD 4830 is installed or even if a Radeon HD 4890 is installed in the computer.
Cyberpower has contacted AMD/ATI regarding this matter and they have confirmed that this is simply an advertisement banner.  It can appear whether a Radeon 4890 is installed or even a Radeon HD 4650 is installed in the computer.
For details on the type of video card that is installed, please check the Device Manager in Windows and look under Display Adapters.  You may also open the case and examine the video card itself to confirm which card is installed.
