Your better off with an Intel cpu with hyper-threading.
If your editing and not gaming you can drop down the GPU to a 1070 or even 1060. The 2080 is a better card for gaming.
NEVER NEVER a standard PSU. They throw in whatever they have. It turns out to be a true "standard" they are junk, provide uneven power (ripples) hard long term on everything and have fried systems. Corsair, Thermaltake, XFX, Coolmaster, EVGA are fine
Anti-vibe mounts are a waste. They are rubber plugs to secure the fans to the case. If a fan vibrates you don't want it in your system anyway.
Good to select you RAM brand. Not as important as the PSU. It is the only way you can be sure your not getting generic RAM.
If you stick with the AMD cpu, your case only comes with 2 fans pre-installed. I would add additional fans yourself. If you order 3 from CP, make sure in the instructions you tell them to leave the original fans installed as well.
Here is an "Intel" based build, dropped your MOBO to good one that is not as expensive (your original is fine but do you think your really going to see much difference , all ports are still there), switched your sealed cooler, name brand RAM & PSU. Dropped to a GPU that is not a Ti. Again editing does not have the same needs and since this is a 2080 will still get you great gaming performance. Added of couple of near freebies and games.
