Pulled the trigger on an Oculus Rift with this latest sale.
Anyone else? I did have to buy a USB PCI card to ass some more ports, but otherwise, my CPPC handles it well!

I got mine a while ago, right when it was $300, ($470 for room scale) and it works great, Doesn't give me a headache, but it does give my sister one, but then again she gets car sick from sitting too far back in a car. I had just enough USB ports for it, although now I only have 1 3.0 and 1 2.0 in the front, gonna need to buy a usb hub or pci card before too long, adds alot of wires tho, only downside.

What are we playing?

Currently working my way through Lone Echo. Great game. and I still hop into Dead and Buried every now and then for a few matches. That's a fun game, too.

Yeah I kinda ran into budget issues, spent most of it on A) games where no one plays and if they do they are really good *cought* unspoken *cough* or B) games that last for like an hour... if anyone knows any good free ones hit me up, or if anyone knows any must plays I might be able to find enough cash to get it
I still play robo ready, probably my fav one so far, and it was one of the free ones. (idk I think I have some sort of draw to free games cause lol is one of my favorites too)

Dead and Buried is free, too. I want to get RacketNX here, soon, but I think I need a bit more room for it.

I have been looking to get an Oculus Rift headset. I am just not sure how often I would use it or what games I would play with it, you know? I am a pretty avid gamer, but I am not sure how much I will like virtual reality at this point in time. I'd rather put the money toward console games.

I've played around in that VRChat game a while back. It was certainly interesting. Something like that needs a lot more structure to be interesting for a long period of time though. I also played a bit of Skyrim VR. That was pretty cool. But I've played Skyrim to death already so...

HRhat is just fun. Beautiful and well done worlds. Many avatars and very beautiful. The only problems are that we can not change some graphics qualities, animations without the VR are a bit nil, otherwise the game is funny and we can make quite unlikely meetings.
