Finally here! I'm about to boot her up for the first time. I'll come back and let you know how it went! Not going to lie I heard alot of bad things about people getting their PC's with damage to components, but so far, the case is perfect and it was wired up very nice, with all hardware securely in place!
Welp, there are a few issues, FIRST, the bottom fan hardly spins, and sometimes completely stops for minutes at a time. It looks like the cheapest fan you could get which is weird because I paid for the maximum thermaltake fans options. SECOND is the drive bay and "pedestal" that comes with my case wasn't shipped with it. It's not a super big deal since I don't plan on having multiple HDDs, but it still should be included since I paid for the case and it is a part of it. I went out and just bought and installed another thermaltake fan where the other fan crapped out. I don't want to make it a big deal, but I feel like there was no way that fan could of passed two quality controls, as the second I put the PC on for the first time, it didn't run right. I feel it was more of like "Oh well you buy cheap stuff thats what you get" type of thing. The smallest thing which some wouldn't say is a quote problem, is I only got the box for my motherboard, where there was plenty of room for the gfx card and other hardware boxes. It's nice to have the actual box, with the manuals. Helps down the line if you plan on selling a component to upgrade to a new one.
Aside from those few things which most people would consider minor, everything else is amazing. I hear alot of people getting dented cases, or DOA hardware, so I can't lie I was biting my tongue setting everything up. But so far everything has been great, this beast flys though any game on ultra, and any editing task I do!
Overall I give Cyberpower a 9 out of 10. I would recommend them to anyone to give them a shot. Maybe ask them ahead of time to make sure everything that your case comes with is included, and if you want the boxes to all your hardware for down the line selling, or just like to have them, I'd tell them to make a note of that.
