Yeah may be.  I just built a friend a system  just like the one from CP but his was combo with the OCZ Gold DDR3 and it all runs like a top.
He has no reason to OC it so that just makes it easier for me.  They primarily use it for video editing.
Wink

Well I dealt with XFX on one of my CP 5750 cards and they rather took thier time, week and a half to two weeks, but they take it in and if it don't have the proper info included with it, name serial, model, reference # etc, they will kick it back right off..   If it has the right info it goes to the inspectors dept,  this is where they spend the time under lighted HIGH magnifying glasses inspecting for intentional damage or other...   if it passes then it goes to testing dept, to diagnose if it is a fixable problem or defective and RMA the customer/Company a new one..

Sheezz..  Mine passed!
