No video card?

Hi there i recently bought a zeus mini 970 and apparently i do not even have the video card in the computer? i checked and the 970 video card does not show up anywhere, and when i try to start up GeForce experience it says i need a NVIDIA GPU to start.

I opened up my pc and found the video card is it not working right or what is going on?

If you look at this image of the back of the machine and compare to yours does the upper right corner with the two dvi connectors parallel to one another with the 2 slots taken up match or are the slots covered with 2 metal slot covers and nothing else?

If you go into windows control panel device manager (search device manager in your start menu) and you look in display adapters what is listed there?

Intel HD graphics 4500 that it the video card is in the pc but it isn't on or "clicked in" as one of my friends said. Help?

ok, can you also answer the first question about the looking at the back of the machine.  We need to determine if the machine physically has a card in it at all or if they didn't even put one in.  If you are confused about anything with my question post back and I'll try to clarify.
