My PC got here yesterday and when I got I turned it on and had an error with one of the arrays, called tech support and they had me open up the case and plug a wire on the hard drive that came loose.

I tried to update ATI catalyst drivers and another problem arose...
I updated the drives and when I'd reboot after setup id make it the to green progress bar, Vista wouldn't load and it repeated that cycle over and over. Called tech support and they ran me through a 6 hour long process (reinstalled vista twice/ opened up case test graphics cards one at a time)

Tech support concluded my problem to be a "Unstable motherboard". They came to that conclusion after I took out the 2nd graphic card and put it were the first graphic card was. I got a message on monitor when booting saying "AMD overclock failure yadda yadda yadda...." in red letters even though I never overclocked anything.

Also If you look at the pictures below they forgot to put the crossfire bridge connecting the two graphic cards, and no bridge came with the package either so they completely left that out.

Also not in any of the pictures they chipped the back of my case were one of the screws should go so I'm missing a screw on my case...

Now I have to wait until Monday to get my RMA shipping info they are supposed to send me, then I have to go to fedex get it packed and ship it back to them so they can fix it (they are paying for shipping but its regular ground... Id rather have next day or something quicker) So its probably gonna take 3 weeks before I have my computer back...

Overall im disapointed with the way they built the PC not working and missing parts and all but I suppose im just having some badluck right now because not everyone has problems with them... I will say aside from the wait time to talk to someone on tech support the techs are great and realy helpfull.

Here is the link to the pics (pics have descriptions)
