My SSD is busted and says error upon boot up now. Do I have to waste my time calling sales department and pay for my shipping for this second busted PC?

This is the second computer ordered from CyberPower PC in 3 months that has had major issues with hardware.  I even go to the length of picking up and droppingoff the PC in person from Newport Beach.  Its extremely annoying to be sold the higher end components and they just freaking break.  I have had IKEA furniture last longer.

If system is showing SSD error, please contact tech support at 888/900-5180 so we may further assist you and if necessary replace the SSD since it is still under warranty.

Yes, I think more than the SSD is jacked up. I don't open the pc so nothing could be misplaced.. It took cyberpower PC an entire week to send me a recovery disc when I only live in Newport beach. I wasted 2.5k on a PC and them am told by tech support I can fix with a recovery disc which has a one day turn around as told to me. I then call back after three days to ask what's the status and am told from the tech support line it takes Cyberpower PC 5-7 business days to process the request I made three days prior...

Are you kidding me? Now I have to waste time out of my day to drive up to city of industry to drop off the computer that was sold to me with defective products so it can be redone. And just to show how I know what cyberpower PC quality is, the first computer I bought two months ago wasnt even fixed and checked by CP PC's staff! So I am probably looking forward to two more round trips since these guys don't know anything about building a PC.

The amount of time I've wasted with this company's product is absurd. They have such crappy quality that try do not pay for shipping the product back to their company to be fixed.
