I have a POP account on Outlook Mac. How can i backup my Outlook? Don't recommend TM. It is terrible at retrieving the emails back.

Hi there.
I use a tool on Mac named Mail BAckup X. This tool backs up Outlook and few other Mail clients.
This software supports two systems on a single license. I do't think if retrieving the emails at the other system will be that difficult for you.
