I purchased a CyberpowerPC Game Master 2021W (2021 but with a white case) off of Newegg during Black Friday of last year, and it wasn't until January or so of this year that my PC started making some strange sounds.

It was a light sound at first, but when it grew louder a few days later, I posted on Reddit but I wasn't able to get much help. One person suggested that I open the side-panel and figure out which fan is causing the issue, if it is a fan. I did that and I have found out that it is my cooler. I have a standard cooler that came with the PC, as pictured below (blue fan) :

An example of the sound I'm referring to is available here.

It starts making the loud sound at about 00:13 sec in after startup and at 00:54 sec, it fades away into the softer whirring sound which ends around 01:04 and then it's just my regular PC again. The noise never comes back until I start the computer again the next day after I come home from work (after it's been turned off all night and day).

I'm not sure what is causing the issue. The fan doesn't appear to be hitting anything; there aren't any wires obstructing it. I'd appreciate any help. I apologize for leaving anything out and not knowing all of the right terms; this is my first gaming computer.

The off the shelf systems may often come with the "standard PSU". which is junk. Look if you have one get it out of your system. They provide uneven power (ripples) Which is hard on components and have been known to fry systems. A Corsair, Coolmaster, EVGA, Thermaltake, XFX are OK.

Typical, sound of a fan issue. Bad set of bearings. If it seems to be a case fan, just disconnect it and verify it. Easily replaced. If it seems to be the cpu cooler fan harder to verify without overheating.

It may be in a bind, but it would be unusual for the sound to go away. If at the cpu just get a decent fan (looks like a 120mm) and replace it. Make note on which way the fan is blowin and install the same.
Remember valor, honor, independence, family & clan; I do whenever I hear the ceol mor, the "great music" of the Highland bagpipe. I swear upon the holy iron of my dirk that I will not forget.
