Sadly, I love cyberpower computers but customer service is absolutely appalling. In addition to support tickets that were ignored, having to re-request the RA paperwork because the RA department "forgot" to send it (so we had to pay $50 to expedite shipping since we only had a limited time to send them back), we had to send back the RAM cards for my daughter's computer (not this one) because at least one of them was faulty. The receiver only checked in one of the cards so we only received one of the four in return. The manager basically called my a liar and said nothing could be done about the three cards that were sent and not replaced but they would happily sell us three replacement cards at full price. After all RAM cards are extremely heavy and couldn't possibly been missed in the packaging even though they were layered individually between layers of bubble wrap so they wouldn't be damaged in shipping. We have purchased a laptop and three desktops from cyberpower but after this recent experience we will no longer support this company.

The rig is great but the techs who built it didn’t care about quality. As mentioned in the review there were scratches on the inside of side glass panel and the IO shield was not correctly aligned which makes it hard to use certain ports such as the USB port.

My only issue with my purchase is, I didn't get my remote control for the addressable RGB fans. I did call tech support and they said they would send a remote control right out, I hope they do.

The system came very well packaged, no damage or loose cabling at all from transport, and foam was nicely pack to keep parts together. Cable management for the computer was a pleasant surprise. It was tied up in a very neat manner with zip ties, and hidden in the compartments that were in the Lian-Li case, but plenty of room was made to allow the end user to add things. The PC itself is performing just as expected, and is running smooth as can be. Overall this was a great buy from Cyperpower, and based on this experience I would recommend them to others!
