One fan not plugged into Motherboard. No drivers were updated.

The ET9999 is a good system for a younger gamer. My grandson is 13 years old and has been playing Minecraft since he was 8. When the system was unboxed and booted the Windows 10 OS did not come up only the BIOS options. Also there was no DVD drive included. After some frustration and troubleshooting I found that the power to the SS HDD was not making a good connection. Also I was disappointed that the Wi-Fi was a USB type and only would keep a connection out of the port on top of the case. I also ordered the standard gaming headset which has good sound quality but the microphone is no good and not adjustable. The usb plug on this headset is so wide it interferes with the Wi-Fi adapter and causes it to lose connection. I bought this from the manufacturer instead of Best Buy because I do not like the Geek squad or the repair technician's at Office Depot. For $513 with free shipping I bought direct from CyberPowerPC.com Also the system was taken down off the website the next day after I ordered. I could not send a link to my son in law so he could see the listing.

It’s an alright product; you’re literally getting what you paid for quite honestly. I’m not going to be using this much aside from it being a seedbox and entertainment storage center, but to me the description was slightly misleading. Perhaps I did not read closely enough, but it’s not a big deal considering the price for it. If it was a bank-breaker then I would pay more attemtion.
