Microsoft Purchase ID was not included in the PC. I was in contact with Microsoft and their representatives and they where unable to find the issue, however I was eventually told to contact CyberPower PC in order to get a Purchase ID. After 2 days of waiting for a response from CyberPower PC I finally got the code and the problem was solved. Upon receiving the new PC everything looked great except for the mouse that came with the PC. The top two buttons where completely pressed into the mouse and wont come out. I contacted support about this issue and was told that a new mouse would be sent to me. This was about 2 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. Unfortunately I had to go out and buy a new mouse in order to use my PC which was an extra cost I was not prepared for.
