This is my first gaming PC, and I was a little hesitant to indulge I'm very pleased with the value and service of CyberpowerPC. I think my order shipped later than it was supposed to, but these guys compensated by changing my shipment to next day at no extra charge so that it still got here on time. I didn't even ask them to do that, nor did they tell me this was happening to try to win customer service points. But after a horrible experience with Best Buy where I was notified a couple hours before my scheduled delivery that my PC was going to be delayed by 4 days and then receiving a PC that would not even turn on - and during all this time messaging with Best Buy's customer service specialists who were clearly ordered to type from a script and not actually be helpful - I just want to acknowledge that these guys (CyberpowerPC) are the real deal, and they've won over a customer for life.

Would rather have less hard drive storage (1TB is enough) and a better CPU/GPU for the price. Overall a decent starter rig.

Love the performance of this PC. Really the colors of the fans and just being able to turn on and play. The FPS and quality are wild! I did run into some problems, such as the ram wasn't cloaked @ 3000 MHZ and was at 2444 MHZ so I had to fix that from the bios. I also had sound problems which showed as Realtek(TM) Audio I fixed that back to Realtek High Definition Audio from downloading the latest drivers from it's website. There were some uncomfortable experience seting up this PC too but honestly this is still a amazing PC. Highly recommend it if you can't build and just want to plug and play right away.
