I am extremely pleased with my new 17" laptop. Customer service was great in working with me in figuring out the payment as I live out the country and my credit card company was concerned it was a fraud charge. They sent the Laptop and all accessories to a friends business so I could pick up on my trip back to the states. The ease of loading programs was awesome. The quality of everything is magnificent and I will definitely order from Cyberpower for any of my future purchases. Thank to everyone at Cyberpower for creating my laptop and making my purchase so easy.
