It should be noted somewhere as a disclaimer that high end laptops will run hotter than normal. It should also be noted that the windows key is embedded in the firmware, so if there are any issues later, the customer does not have to call technical support to ask where the windows key is. Also, I think that with high end systems Windows should be completely updated during set up, and all the latest drivers should be installed before the customer receives it. My computer had to have a windows update and during that process, the blue screen appeared and I was unable to use the computer for 2 days. The bios for this system also seems outdated, there was no mouse control while in bios. The manual provided was very simple and lacked any detailed information about the settings or what they do. Like which settings were used in bios by the techs to set up the computer.

Love the laptop, can stream and game with ease. Only thing of note is the fans can get quite loud, however this is understandable with the power being put out and the size of the laptop. I like that it’s lightweight compared to previous gaming laptops weighing almost as much as a pc.
