The machine is fast, powerful, and was a great value. However, the wrong audio drivers were installed, leaving the computer with no sound until I figured out what was wrong and fixed it. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others who have experience with PCs.

Overall, I am fairly pleased with the quality of the purchase. Everything looks super clear and sharp. My only complaints were that the sound did not work once set-up finished and I only knew to search for the Intel Driver Assistant based on fellow reviews and comments online to update the drivers. Gets a bit hot as well and had to force my headphone jacks into the holes, but other than that I’m pleased.

Overall the system worked great, started with no issues. Only issue is that the internal speakers do not work on the Laptop. Can only get audio with external speakers or USB headset. No response from Tech support yet or this would be a 5.

The BIOS was about a year out of date and I had to do some research to find the correct BIOS update for the Intel LAPQC71A, but other than that I am very happy with the value of my purchase.

Great PC. Only issues are minor. The speakers weren't working because competing drivers were installed, but I fixed that. Software for changing keyboard lighting was hard to find and named differently from documentation. But these are small issues, resolved in a few minutes. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I've only had the product for 2 days, so comments are preliminary. I've noticed 3 opportunities for improvement so far: 1) My existing HP Thunderbolt G2 docking station only partially works; while both external monitors, the mouse & keyboard USB ports and the audio work, it doesn't independently power my laptop, as it is supposed to and as it successfully did for my previous laptop, when it's plugged into the Thunderbolt 3.0 port. 2) The interface that controls the keyboard lighting is amateurish and doesn't seem to work completely. 3) The AC power supply is HUGE and very heavy; it's essentially not portable; I've never seen anything like it with a laptop; my previous laptop's AC power supply was ~1/4 of the size and weight; to me this is simply an unacceptable design for a laptop.

I bought evo 200 back in october. I took me almost a month to get the laptop. The product quality is pretty good. When i opened it, the audio and microphone was not working but i finally got it working. In case your audio doesn't work the drivers are on cyberpower's website. Overall i am pretty happy with this purchase.

I love this laptop! Thin, light, powerful, and I didn't even expect the lighting options for the keyboard were customizable. That was a nice surprise. My only complaint was that I had to reinstall/update the audio driver from Intel's website (audio wasn't working once I reached desktop screen). I didn't mind it too much because it's not a painful process to me, but I can imagine it being painful for someone with less computer experience.
