Very cleanly built, everything in order (as far as I can tell at this point), and kudos for not putting any nonsensical manufacturer's bloatware on it (leaving only all the nonsensical Microsoft apps to uninstall). This is my second time purchasing from CyberpowerPC (first time was a laptop, now a desktop), and both times have been great. Only, very minor gripe: There is no simple, obvious way to turn off the rainbow light show. I know it's a thing some people get high on, but I don't need to feel like I'm on LSD every time I turn on my PC. Research suggests I have to either physically mess with the motherboard or go into BIOS. Having a simple switch or minimal software interface to turn on/off the fireworks would be appreciated.

Everything in the system seems good.. but the PSU is way too loud. I should have went with a known PSU like corsair ( my old psu ) which makes practically no noise at 100%

My pc came just on time with the estimated time. The cable management was professional and spectacular. I haven’t done benchmarks yet but this pc is incredibly fast and everything I had asked for. They went above and beyond with customer service to help me and inform me about my order. Technical support was quick and beneficial too and I have ZERO complaints.
