After a dungeon-crawling and narrative adventure spin-off game, Minecraft will be getting a new spin-off. And this time, the new game will be an action strategy coming in 2023. The game is called Minecraft Legends, which was revealed at the Xbox-Bethesda showcase. It is an action-strategy game that combines real-time strategy elements into the world of Minecraft.
During the game’s showcase, the game studio shows a brief gameplay video of Minecraft Legends. In this video, a character on a horse is leading an army of minions into battle. Whoever this is, is said to be able to command the legion in real-time.
Minecraft is one of the world’s biggest games. It has spawned multiple spin-offs. One of these spin-off games is Telltale’s Minecraft: Story Mode, a narrative adventure. Then there’s Minecraft Dungeons, which features dungeon-crawler gameplay similar to Diablo.
Minecraft Legends
Minecraft Legends is a new action-strategy video game where you lead your allies in heroic battles to defend the Overworld from the destructive ravenous piglins. The game will let you explore a familiar yet mysterious land. This land contains diverse life, lush biomes, and rich resources. However, this land is on the brink of destruction as the piglins have arrived. And these piglins are threatening to corrupt the Overworld.
To defeat these piglins, form valuable alliances and lead your friends in strategic battles to protect the land. Take the fight to the piglins before the piglins devour the Overworld.
Minecraft Legends also features a PVP battle, which allows you to challenge your friends or team up with them in battles. You can defend your village with your friends and lead your allies to defeat your opponents.
