Patch 10.23 for League of Legends has arrived on gaming PC. This new patch includes the updates for the game’s Pre Season 2021, like the all-new tier of items called Mythic Items.
Mythic Items are the new and highest item tier in the game. These items will become the cornerstone of each player’s champion build and cause big effects that can define each player’s play style.
Each player can only own one Mythic item at a time, so selecting one should depend on your opponents and the game state. Your chosen Mythic Item will also set the tone for the rest of your build, so players should consider which item they should pick. Mythic items will generally carry the most complex effects and can strongly impact your game’s playstyle.

- Night Harvester
- Prowler’s Claw

- Shurelya’s Battlesong
- Stride Breaker
- Sunfire Aegis

- Turbo Chemtank
According to the developers, adding a new tier of items doesn’t mean that their goal is to inflate the power level of items overall. Mythic items can make the player’s first choice more powerful than in the past. Instead, they will be borrowing that strength from other items to keep build strength relatively similar on the whole.
There will also be new Legendary Items that are added to the collection. These new items include the following:

Aside from these new items, League of Legends will also introduce a new Item Shop designed for the players to improve the usability of All Items view.
