Genshin Impact has finally released the upcoming character Event Wish banners for their Version 2.2 Update titled “Into the Perilous Labyrinth of the Fog.” Version 2.2 will rerun Tartaglia’s character banner and Hu Tao’s character banner. It will be the third time Tartaglia’s banner is featured in the game, while it will be the second time for Hu Tao’s banner.
A new 4-star character will also be featured in Hu Tao’s banner, Thoma. He is a character that players met when they first arrived in Inazuma. He is part of the Yashiro Commission, headed by the Kamisato Clan.

Tartaglia – 11th of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers
Tartaglia is one of the Fatui Harbingers that serves the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya. He follows danger wherever he goes, and he is always eager for a challenge — which makes him extremely dangerous despite his young age.
As a playable character, he is a 5-star Hydro character who uses a bow as his weapon. One thing great about Tartaglia is that he can swap from melee to ranged. His melee attacks also constantly apply Hydro to enemies, and his Elemental Burst can change depending on his combat stance.
Hu Tao – Fragrance in Thaw
Hu Tao is Wangsheng Funeral Parlor’s current director. Although still young, she does her best to carry out a person’s last rites and preserve the world’s balance of yin and yang.
As a playable character, Hu Tao is a Pyro 5-star character who uses a polearm as her weapon. She has a high base CRIT Damage and can provide a CRIT Rate for other party members. Not only that, but she also has a high base of HP and DEF compared to other characters.
Thoma – Protector From Afar
Thoma is known as a “fixer” in Inazuma. He works under the Yashiro Commission led by the Kamisato Clan. Although he is considered an outlander from Mondstadt, Thoma has built a powerful network of people in Inazuma, which helps him do his jobs.
As a playable character, Thoma is a Pyro 4-star character who also uses a polearm. His Elemental Skill can deal with AoE Pyro Damage while also giving him a defense barrier called “Blazing Barrier.” While his Elemental Burst, called Crimson Ooyoroi, allows him to spear through his enemies with roaring flames.
