NetherRealm Studios, alongside Warner Bros., has shared the details about the upcoming Mortal Kombat DLC. This new content update is called Kombat Pack and was revealed through a new trailer that features Shang Tsung gameplay.
This means that the Kombat Pack is likely to focus on Shang Tsung’s storyline and development. Aside from that, a list of upcoming guest characters was also shown in the video.
The developers also confirmed that early access to fighter Shang Tsung will be available starting tomorrow, June 18. A Klassic Arcade Ninja Skin Pack will also be included in it.

Aside from Shang Tsung, here are the other upcoming fighters included in the Kombat Pack:
- Nightwolf
- Sindel
- Spawn
Another two characters will also be introduced later on in the DLC. The reveal trailer didn’t show who the two characters are. Instead, to tease fans, they’ve included a sound of a chainsaw, along with blood splattering the on-screen text.
The Kombat Pack will also feature new skins and gear for each of the DLC characters, along with 19 addition skins for the current fighters.
Mortal Kombat 11 was just released last April 23 for Microsoft Windows gaming PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
