Genshin Impact Update Version 2.3 is coming this November 24. Genshin Impact releases two limited-character event wish banners in every update, but this time, it’s different! This is because Genshin Impact will release three-character event wish banners during the duration of Version 2.3. During the Genshin Impact Version 2.3 Special Program, miHoyo has revealed that aside from Arataki Itto’s Character Event Banner, they will release a rerun of Eula and Albedo’s banners. Eula and Albedo are part of the upcoming story event in Version 2.3 titled Shadows Amidst Snowstorms.
Both Eula and Albedo are from Mondstadt. Eula is known as the Captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company from the infamous Lawrence Clan. On the other hand, Albedo is the Captain of the Investigation Team of the Knights of Favonius with a mysterious past.
Here’s a short introduction about Eula and Albedo so you can decide which one of the two you should get.
Eula – Dance of the Shimmering Wave
Eula is a rebellious descendant of the old aristocracy, carrying the bloodline of sinners. She severed ties with her clan and now works as the Spindrift Knight of Mondstadt. Now, she hunts down Mondstadt’s enemies to exact her unique “vengeance.”
As a playable character, Eula holds a Cryo vision and wields a claymore. One notable thing about Eula is compared to other claymore users, Eula’s Normal Attacks are quicker. She also deals more with Physical Damage than Cryo. So, we definitely recommend that you use her Cryo abilities to apply Superconduct Effect to enemies, which allows her to deal more Physical Damage. This makes her ideal to work with other Electro characters such as the Raiden Shogun.
Albedo – Kreideprinz
Albedo is the Chief Alchemist and the Captain of the Investigation Team of the Knights of Favonius. He is reclusive in nature, but he gained fame for his talents.
As a playable character, Albedo has a Geo vision and wields a sword. He provides a large Area of Effect of Supplemental Geo Damage, making her a great Geo Sub DPS. Another great thing about Albedo is that he can use DEF% artifacts to lower his build difficulty.
