Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is getting its first DLC, and it will be featuring characters from the contemporary Dragon Ball Super series.
Video company Bandai Namco has announced the DLC titled “A New Power Awakens.” It will be the first major DLC of the game and will bring Dragon Ball Super Series characters like Beerus, the immortal god of destruction, and his teacher and assistant, Whis.
In this new DLC, players will also be able to access Goku’s Super Saiyan God transformation level by training against Whis and fighting off Beerus.
Bandai Namco also confirmed that the new content can be accessed anytime during the player’s gaming experience. Goku will also be able to transform into his Super Saiyan God mode any time the player wants to when playing the main storyline.
“A New Power Awakens” DLC will be available through Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot’s season pass that will be released for gaming PC this Spring 2020. Players can also be able to buy it when the second DLC is released later this year.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is a semi open-world video game developed by CyberConnect2, which is based on the popular Dragon Ball series franchise.
