Shenhe is the new 5-star Liyue character introduced in Genshin Impact Version 2.4 Update. She holds a Cryo vision and uses polearm as her weapon to deal continuous damage to her enemies.
Shenhe is an ideal option for players who are looking for a Sub-DPS character to pair with their DPS Cryo dealer. She works well with the likes of Eula, Chongyun, Ayaka, and Ganyu. You can also add Hydro AoE characters in your party to optimize her Elemental Skill and Burst.

Best Weapons for Shenhe
- Calamity Queller – This weapon gives Shenhe’s a 12% increase in her Elemental Damage. After using an Elemental Skill, her Attack can increase by 3.2% per second for 20 seconds. The Attack increase has a maximum of 6 stacks. Plus, if Shenhe is not in the field, the Attack increase is doubled for her party members.
- Engulfing Lightning – This weapon will increase Shenhe’s Attack by 28% of her Energy Recharge over the base of 100%. She also gains a maximum bonus of 80% Attack. Shenhe also gains 30% Energy Recharge for 12 seconds after using her Elemental Burst.
- Wavebreaker’s Fin – For every point of Shenhe’s entire party’s combined maximum Energy capacity, her Elemental Burst Damage will increase by 0.12%. Depending on her party members’, Shenhe can receive up to a 40% increase in Elemental Burst Damage.
Best Artifacts for Shenhe
- Gladiator’s Finale (2) & Shimenawa Reminiscence – This build will give Shenhe an increase of 36% in her Attack.
- Noblesse Oblige (4) – This build gives Shenhe a 20% increase in Elemental Burst. And upon using her Elemental Burst, all of Shenhe’s party members’ Attacks will increase by 20% for 12 seconds.
