Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase. There were a few issues such as the included mouse having a hairline crack (due to shipping I assume) but did not affect overall performance. Additionally, the RGB in the RAM in my system isn’t controlled via the case button like all the other fan components and AIO so finding compatible software for that was easy but something I feel should be included in the quick start manual. Thanks to Cyberpower PC and especially thank you to the support team helping very quickly with some payment issues I was having.

This PC is great! Very customizable and affordable, and aesthetically pleasing. The only grief I’ve had so far is the fact that the SATA ports on the motherboard are blocked by the case fans, but that’s more just that fault of my choice of parts over anything else. Nicely built and packed, works great and fast!

My previous Cyberpower desktop computer finally after 13 years died unexpectedly. After shopping around in stores, online, and local builders; I decided on another Cyberpower PC. Pricing and hardware configurations were a big factor in my decision. I did have a little trouble navigating your website because I was using a very old Amazon Fire tablet. So many choices and options to consider, but with the "info" sidebars it just takes a little time to come up with the build preferences. Computer arrived as promised timewise and packaged very well. So far, I have absolutely no complaints at all. Thanks so much for what you all do. Will Buckmaster

Every part working, ram speed set, no lose wires, packaging inserted well, outer packaging protected the PC great. There was a few dents and dings in the outer cardboard box. UPS gets pretty wild. Besides that everything is in working order and came way quicker than I thought it would.
