The service I received front you guys was exceptional. I enjoyed having all the options I had when I was putting my computer together. The support I got was stellar and fairly timely. I needed a quick changed with something that was missed on my order and it was taken care of right after my first call in to support. My only gripe is with expectations for my computer. I’m sure you hear this all the time….but the computers you have displayed as the cases/chassis are what people are looking expecting to make/buy when they are selecting the case/chassis or at least I was in my case and I can’t be the only one. It was somewhat disappointing to find out that the gpu was not available in(white) when it was advertised as white for the computer. There was no available option to get my computer to look like the computer you were advertising. That is my only gripe. Everything else is 5 starts and I still rate you 5 stars. My experience has been fantastic and will definitely be recommending you to all of my friends. Thank you so much cyberpowerpc A very happy customer

The overall experience with Cyberpower was excellent. The website is well crafted and laid out perfectly. The website is easy to navigate and the EZPC is great for finding system that fit the budget I was targeting. I love that I can find a system then customize the selected system to fit my needs.

This was my second computer from CyberPowerPC. The first one lasted 15 years before the motherboard died. That alone shows the quality of the build and components used. I've been dealing with computers since the time of reel to reel magnetic tape and IBM punch cards. Yes I'm telling my age. This last purchase was for my wife and I'll be buying another computer in 2026 after our interstate move. All of your staff does really good work and that's the reason I'm a return customer.

Overall very satisfied but with some small nitpicks and two actual concerns. The nitpicking is that some less than stellar but not down right awful parts were used. Nothing awful, but the DDR5 sticks are a bit disappointing but I knew that buying it so that's on me. Another nitpick is that there is a loose PCI-E connection just kinda hanging out halfway along the cable from the gpu, it's not causing any problems, just very much an eye sore in a $1500 computer with full aRGB that illuminate everything making it very easy to see. The concerns of quality comes from one of the rear screws on the build having come installed at a slight angle and not completely fastened. The other is that the rgb on the keyboard that came with my computer stopped working after just a few days. Wouldn't be a huge deal but with clear keys on a black board it's difficult to differentiate between keys at a quick glance.

had to purchase a 90 degree adapter for the 4090 super power connector. the glass front was pushing on the cable making it a flaky connection. this should have been caught in burnin

Really love my new pc, really haven’t a chance to be able to play games on a high powered device. I have been playing on a laptop and it’s so great to have a desktop with a quality build especially because i do not know much about pcs myself. Grateful for the opportunity to get the discounted keyboard, headset, and speakers along with the two games that came with my purchase as their both games i was really excited to try and im excited to try many more games with this pc! The purchasing process was simple and effective. Delivery of the product was a slower then estimated but not to an egregious degree. The system has some very minor cosmetic damage on the front and had markings from what I assume was production.

The process to purchase took a little time - assume it was because of address stuff but otherwise okay. Registration wasn’t really easy or clear if you didn’t sign up when you ordered it - followed to the register page and serial number wasn’t accepted - however i was able to create an account and then attach the order to the account.

Had some issues getting the order to process because the credit card which I used had a different address than where I am shipping to. I was not aware of such restrictions when buying from other sites, but if this is a concern it should be reflected in the website during checkout process, rather than following up with email afterwards.

Excellent job on the experience and the assembly. The website gave me a few headaches. After I got the system configured how I wanted it in the website, trying to make a copy of the configuration resulted in the website forgetting the configuration and I had to redo it. Twice. A "save to cart" button once the configuration is done would be very helpful.
