Was suppose to arrive Friday, arrived Monday. Box arrived slightly damp with previous water damage. Computer arrived with corrupted BIOS on motherboard. Had to reset bios to default. Graphics card must have come loose during shipping because had to be reseated as well. Previous purchases was plug and play. This purchase took 2.5hrs of troubleshooting with an IT engineer with 38yrs experience. Didn’t call customer service due to being closed at time of boot up.
