I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 stars for 1 reason. Cyberpower's customer service was very unhelpful with a simple question I had before I bought this system. I chatted with Cyberpower customer service and asked them this: What is the make/model of the SSD in this system? The chat representative would not tell me and kept giving me generic scripted answers. Knowing the make and model of all major components is crucial when we are shopping for a PC. Cyberpower should know this and just include that information in the specs. Making us customers jump through hoops, then avoiding answering our questions is just poor customer service. The SSD in this system is a Western Digital Blue SN580 I just did a benchmark and these are the speeds I got: Sequential: Read 3915 MB/s Write 3929 MB/s Mixed 2728 MB/s I wasn't expecting a high end SSD because of the great pricing. I would consider the above speeds about average for July 2025, if you are big on load times, you may want to consider a customer build instead of this pre-build. Overall, this system is running great. One pleasant surprise was a massive boost in download speeds. I am using a wireless connection and the Wifi on this motherboard is blazing fast. With the same router, I went from about 5 MB/s to 30 MB/s when comparing my old system to this system.
