Overall, happy with the received equipment. I ordered a SSD and 4TB HDD combo and the SSD is functioning perfectly. However, the HDD was loose (in HDD casing but not mounted) in bottom of Phanteks case. Heard clanking when I took the desktop out of the box. The HDD appears to not be connected properly as is not recognized in Windows. Quick review indicates the HDD may not be plugged in properly to cables. Beyond that, the hardware and wiring appear to be clean and I'm overall happy. I will be working to fix that, hopefully. The loose drive is the only reason I'm not giving a perfect score.

At first my system had the wrong AC Power cable (It was international) Then the desktop wouldn't connect to the display. After a few attempts I got it working. Overall it took me three days to get everything working from the day it was delivered.

I'm giving this system a 4 because no one informed me that the USB-C on the front panel of my case would not function with the motherboard that was chosen. I went with a prebuilt system that already had parts picked out, under the impression that everything was compatible.

Came with RTX 3070 and i7 10th Gen. Great PC, I love the case. Easy to get inside with the glass doors, I thought they would be clear though, not solid black. Definitely a big upgrade from my laptop.
