Gaming PC was built exactly as specified and packing was excellent. No cables or components were loose or broken from shipping. Holiday pricing made this purchase well worth it, cheaper than building myself. Support has been responsive, but I didn't really need them except for guidance on installing a 2nd M.2 drive. My PC building days are over, as CyberpowerPC will be my gaming PC builder from now on !

Cable management is really, really nicely executed, and the system booted with no issues whatsoever. Also, CPU cooler is clearly installed perfectly as the idle temps are solidly 35C - even after allowing the machine to sit powered on but idle for 30 minutes after stress testing. This suggests excellent thermal compound was also used. Pretty incredible numbers for an Intel Core i9 13900K. Please tell the person who built this machine: this is a job well done. The only issue I have with the build is that a Cooler Master 1050w power supply was installed instead of the 1250w I ordered, but that's OK as I have already replaced it with a Corsair AX1600i. System passed memtest (along with CPU and GPU testing) after the new PSU was installed; no issues detected with the rest of the hardware. Regarding the Cooler Master PSU that was sold, the website might need to be updated if the 1250 unit was really supposed to be listed as 1050. If, instead, a 1050 was sent because a 1250 could not be secured, then an email or phone call to me should have happened so I could have either accepted the change or looked at other options. It worked out in my situation as the PSU was always going to be swapped out anyway, but another customer likely would have been especially upset; that is an unforced error considering the good work the team is able to accomplish.
