We're not entirely dissatisfied with the build quality on this PC. It runs what we need it to run and generally behaves outside of a couple of software crashes that could have been due to a bad installation. We've gone through the file verification process since encountering the crashes, where the result was that no files were found to have been corrupt, and it seems to have fixed the problem, so who knows what caused the crashing? Other than that, the PC has operated just fine.

Only thing I would've like to have seen is the mount for the hard drive is all black inside of a completely white case.

The price and hardware was and runs great. There were some hic-ups with processing the order due to my billing address being different than my current rental, but that was understandable. Working with Tech support for the correct Game bundle code that came with the PC was a hassle, taking over three weeks. The code that originally came with the PC was invalid for the hardware in the computer, but the live chat was able to get me information about the lost RMA for the bundle code. Hopefully the department is taking care of re-processing it now after calling them. Overall utilize the live chat if possible, it is much quicker to resolve any issues than via email.

Quality and function of computer are excellent. Do have issue with XBOX using MS Flight Sim but working with Microsoft support to fix/repair issue.

I haven't spent much time with the system and haven't had a chance to put much workload on it, but so far it seems pretty good. It looks very well put together and so far is running as smoothly as one can hope. My biggest disappointments are the "extra"s that I purchased with my order: Keyboard, mouse, headset, etc. They all came well short of my expectations and their supposed retail price. The headset in particular was in a rough shape and came in a condition that strongly suggested it was a used item with its packaging torn up (inside an intact shipping box)

With their holiday promotions, it was a really good deal that I couldn't beat even if building my own. The order was shipped and arrived in a timely fashion. I am happy with the low amount of added software and the quality of the hardware and build is solid. I would recommend to build your next PC.
