My last purchase of a prebuilt machine was with ibuypower and I received a unit with a faulty graphics card. I ended up having to replace the card out of my own pocket after a year of back and forth with them replacing bad cards with bad cards, was a nightmare. So far this build has been flawless, I can see the care that my purchase was built with and I've been playing games on it running 4k at 60fps without any issues so far. Very happy with my purchase and thank everyone for doing a great job!

The only complaint I have which is not that big of a deal, but I did not receive the key board I ordered. I received CyberPowerPC Multimedia USB Gaming Keyboard when I opted for the free upgrade to CyberPowerPC RGB 7 Color Premium Gaming Keyboard. How can I go about resolving this?
