The Computer I purchase its very well built loved it, the only downside is the Keyboard and Mouse that came with it are defective, the keyboard half of they keyboard does not work it lights up and everything but several keys does not respond when you click them and the mouse was really squeaky when you press the left button drove me crazy had to still use my old set.

The computer build was nicely done, well packaged and delivered quickly. I appreciate they kept me informed of the process every step of the way. The only issue I had was on Intel side claiming my included MW2 game bundle which till this day I have not been able to because Intels claim process is absolutely horrible as is their customer service.

First off this is my 3rd PC from Cyberpower dating back to 2006. Every time They have exceeded expectations. I have built 4-5 computers but with prices the way there are you get a banging deal with cyber power. Just received my new pc and it is flawless. No marks, no issues. just followed steps and away I am setting it up. I'm even writing this review on it
