The system I purchased is a beast! I would recomend buying any system from cyberpower! I cannot say enough good things about them! Leaps and bounds over my 3 year old system I put together. This is the way to go from now on!

The CPU i purchased was not yet available at your facility. It didn't say this anywhere in the purchasing process. This should be corrected so that people know their systems will be delayed. Instead there was a very tiny note on my account that I needed to call your service center. When I called the service center they were unable to give me an estimated delivery date initially and required ME TO CALL BACK at a specific time when a supervisor became available. Overall I'm happy with my purchase but these issues prevent me from giving a 5/5 rating.

Overall good, but the HDD: 4TB (4TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 5400RPM HDD [+17] (Single Drive) never came with the pc instead my hd memory is only 400somthing gb.
