Machine working as expected. Some software hiccups I suspect are Windows 11 related.

This machine is an absolute unit. Handles AAA titles easily. I had one crash on day one that seems to be an issue with the fabled EVGA XC3 Ultra GPU but thanks to EVGA, a firmware update has already been released and it seems to have remedied the problem.

The first thing, Windows did a big update and I got a blue screen half way through telling me that there was driver incompatibility causing a crash. That was a little alarming on day 1. The RAID system seems to throw an error at startup every time I start/restart, uncertain of what that is but it doesn't seem to have any negative effect as of yet, I'll be in touch the moment it does, no worries! The right side of the computer, without the tempered glass, has a kinda 'bulge' underneath it because of how the wiring was just packed in and not organized before hand. Its fine, I don't expect Bentley quality, it wasn't a Bentley price and its still better than HP, Dell but a few soft zip ties and about 3 minutes of time could have improved the build quality considerably, food for thought, its negligible in price and they can be bought in quantities that wouldn't even cost you half a penny per piece. Customer service, solid, Danny kept me in the loop all along throughout the process and I was able to access my account at any time, the forums are good, lots of interesting information and some solid advice of some items to avoid when building a rig. I was a little bummed that I wasn't able to make a change before the build process started as it took weeks before the build had started, it was a change for the positive in price and would have increased my overall satisfaction in a big way, especially being such a minor change and me being eager to spend more! That being said, I understand, you operate how you operate, you also get reviewed on that though. Price, very competitive, you can't build one of these for less than what you're paying really, unless you're a worthless human who's time has no value. Basically, the fact they give you a fat discount on labor over you doing it yourself (distraction free with all the right tools), which they do, you'd be crazy to waste your time, let them do the work. I would recommend CyberPowerPC and will probably be buying a laptop for my kiddo in the near future.
