The components and the ease of assembling a unit that will work straight out of the boxes great. My only question was is the 5 days shipping turn more into 2 weeks.

Computer arrived on time. It was well packaged and worked straight out of the box. This is my third CyberPowerPC but this order was my first prebuilt. All 3 computers still work without issues.

Some of my biggest complaints is that your advertised pictures for pcs sometimes you dont even sell the parts that are pictured on them. For instance the March 9950x3d has a cpu cooler shown that you do not offer. AFAIK, the motherboard is also not listed. Things like this make for a major disappointment because I didnt learn about the motherboard difference until after my purchase. This let me down. Another thing is that the boxes are not included in the sale. I love to save and showcase my product boxes and I finally have my dream gpu and cpu, with no box......... the motherboard box wasnt included which was supposed to be, and there arent any of the m.2 ssd screws on the board so I now have to order from amazon to get some, so my ssd from my other pc cannot even be installed for 3 days thanks to this. Things of this nature have caused unnecessary pain and sorrow in the process for such a high amount of money spent. Also the fact that I over ordered on fans and you didnt bother to tell me, so I wasted the money. Also ordered a gpu bracket when another one came with it so I wasted more money there. Just simple things like this you should reach out to the customer and let us know so that we can make necessary adjustments. Can I please have my gpu and cpu box?

Very good and well built pc. The only downside is that the ssd was not installed and was just sat on the cooler completely detached.

The options were great and they installed everything perfectly. Everything is snug and I didn’t have to do anything. I got the support bracket for the gpu and I guess they gave me the other pieces that came with it (for size differences) stupid me tried figuring out to install it to only discover they already did it. PC set up was easy and this is coming from someone that games and also does content. I recommend this company although customer support absolutely sucked. Said I had to call to confirm order which I did and when I asked about upgrading the ram to Corsair vengeance the guy sounded like it was a inconvenience, talked slow and answered sarcastically “which one”? I don’t know man I don’t build pcs explain it to me, Corsair vengeance. Then I asked if he could explain which different Corsair vengeance they have since I thought it was just a brand and he just said check the website so… if I’m that dudes boss, I’d fire him because he’s more than likely costing you a ton of money when customers call for help or support he’s more than likely giving them the same attitude and this is coming from someone that’s nice to everyone,

Desktop arrived on time and extremely well packaged. It took a while to fully unbox it as I was trying hard not to damage the box or the shipping materials. PC started up fine and has been running great (and very quietly).

Cyperpower makes the ability to create a product that is unique to my needs. The process of selecting the products (that are applicable to the desired needs) was achieved with great ease and efficiency. The delivery and delayed execution of the delivery was dissatisfying. Some of the requested parts were not in the company’s inventory which delayed production and delivery of the computer. Once the computer was completed and delivered, the shipping container showed significant damage and in turn, that container damaged was also reflected in the damaged to the computer. Tech support provided some peace of mind in the rapid response to resolving the problem. I look forward to the completion of the resolution on making the purchased computer the joy that I hope it is intended to have when the project was launched.

I was very happy overall with my experience. The ability to change out your parts or at least view the different parts you could add at a cost point was very helpful. Delivery was smooth and the machine was ready to go once it got to my house making for an overall easy and gratifying experience.
