I have one request/piece of feedback. I would love the ability to completely eliminate certain options when I'm doing my build. For example, in the end, I was trying to decide between two or three cases. Because they weren't right next to each other, I got confused at first when I clicked away from one and then trying to remember what the other option was in the giant list. If I had the ability to just eliminate something (like a 'hide option' button) that would have made the process a lot smoother. Also, the fact that my build didn't 'save' when I tried to checkout because I didn't have cookies enabled or something was really frustrating. I spent an hour picking parts and then had it wiped when I had to fix my browser I guess and had to try and remember everything. That sucked.

I am so grateful I got to get this PC during a sale frenzy. It’s the only reason I could. I am very grateful for all the support by you guys and the communication. It’s not easy to spend that much mentally but you guys helped make the decision.

The little Ai guy helped me narrow down what to look at which was really nice since its been a while that Ive looled at pc parts and what works best for what I need and the support I was given to be able to split pay on it was awesome and made it easier for me to purchase :)

This is the second chair I bought from Cyberpower PC. Very comfortable. Easy to put together. I like your service department making sure I actually bought a chair. Looks fantastic. The only problem I foresee having with this chair is two small cats barely out of kittenhood who like to climb and scratch. I am sure the chair ( which currently looks very good) will have "character" before too long. So everything is good with the chair.

My only concern was that the case and fans I ordered were not actually ready/available. When I asked about where my computer was, then I was told it would be about 2 weeks. I asked if we had to wait, if the black version was an option. Order got changed without confirming it was in stock, or 3even when it would be in stock. After complaining, I got the case changed to something in stock, and then everything went perfect again.

Third cyberpower system purchased. Straightforward ordering. setup and delivery. Prices are competative and system burn-in setup is a real help. Would like to see possibliity of upgrade ram/storeage options for purchase separately. Ron Banning.

The delivery was the only issue. The hard drive was knocked off either by the shipping or the packing material

I would like to again shout out Steve D in sales. He did a wonderful job helping me with some billing issues and working through some product substitutions to get me my new PC as fast and easy as possible. Delivery was very quick and the computer came intact and on time. My one suggestion would be to ship the PCs in nondescript boxes for better security. I was at the mercy of UPS when the product was in transit. Although I will commend you guys for using UPS instead of FedEx.

Buying the PC was relatively easy. Good layout of product made it easy to select options and get the details of each component as it was added. I liked the choice of cases, although the ones I really wanted were not present (Fractal Design North XL with mesh siding, or really any case without RGB extravaganza attached; be Quiet's line). But I'm happy with what I got and can configure my way to greatness.

Fans were not connected to motherboard, but instead connected directly to power supply which caused fans to run at 100% at all times creating 70 db of noise. I had to open the PC myself and disconnect/reconnect the fans so that fan speed could be properly regulated. As someone purchasing a prebuilt in order to save the time/hassle, I would have expected this issue not to pass QC and for the PC to be ready on delivery. I have purchased a few PCs from CyberPower and have never had this happen, I almost returned the PC, but decided to save myself the trouble and fix it myself

Great price and awesome product! The build was fast and shipping was great. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have a setup guide or manual for the specific case. I received generic set up instructions but it took me a while to figure out how to open my case and get the foam out. I’ve never had a case with the screws at the top to remove the panels. I also thought my glass was scratched before I realized the protective film had to be removed. Unboxing/set up instructions specific to the case would be helpful, but everything else was perfect!

Happy with the price. The OS and Bios was set up kinda weird and had to back track and fix it. Hardware was installed properly and works good. Solid price, was cheaper to buy than build myself. Only problem was the massive delay in shiping and how long it took arrive for a prebuilt computer.

PC performs well and the case looks good with excellent airflow. Things I wasn’t completely happy with: 1. Unbranded Nvidia 5080 was swapped out with a Gigabyte model, a brand I tend to avoid. I didn’t notice this on the invoice until after I received the computer. 2. Unclear that the case came with no fans when choosing “Default case fans” option. 3. “Professional cable wiring” was disappointing. No cable shrouding, cables very taut in places, cables with sharp bends that put pressure on the motherboard connector.
