2nd purchase from CyberPower. The machine is great! The only 2 "issues' I experienced were around the location of the web camera I'd purchased (finally found it inside motherboard box.... I didn't think to look in there), and paying extra for 3 day processing and it taking longer than that to be shipped. Those are simple "process" items though, and don't impact the actual product I received. Thank you!

I am so happy that there is a company I can turn to that uses quality parts and at a better price than me building a PC myself. I bought a computer from your company about 3 years ago. The whole process was excellent. The only thing lacking were the shipping options during checkout, none were listed. But once we got the "in production" notification and reached out for additional shipping options, Warren was able to help us select and upgrade to the best shipping option.

Overall the product works really well and im very happy with the performance. Unfortunately, the delivery of the PC experienced damage to the case, breaking a foot off, and bending metal on 4 diffrent parts. Customer service sent a replacement part for what they thought I could fix myself. However, they didn't seem to me to be very compassionate about my experience but did give me the option to return the PC for them to fix the case themselves. The turnaround time on that was multiple multiple weeks however so it was not very appealing if it ran okay. After a couple days of use, ive noticed the top fan in the case is hanging at a slight angle, I think due to some of this delivery damage that I will keep an eye on.

This is my fourth new PC that CyberpowerPC. has built for me. The last one has been running 24/7 for about five years without a hiccup or sound. It is not possible to upgrade it to Windows 11, so i needed a new one. I hope I'll be as lucky with this one. The buying experience was perfect. You even let me add a couple of fans the next day. Already having issues with the fans being really loud, shaking and rattling. Had to take the case off and re-tighten the fans.

You should have some type of customer loyalty program. I have purchaes multiple desktops and laptops over the years for me and my family. In addition, had other family members purchasing computers. My nephew actually brought the same gaming computer as me.
