While I do not game on PC, I always buy gaming PC's due to the more advanced high-performance hardware typically included. Over the years, I have purchased several CyberPower PC's and UPS Battery Backups (I currently have 2-PC's and 4-UPS's in my home). However, I have historically purchased them through Best Buy or Amazon. I am the Front of House Sound Engineer for my Church, and we needed to upgrade our Digital Audio Workstation PC. I logged in to CyberPowerPC and discovered that your website facilitates custom builds. This is fantastic for me because it allows me to browse your library of options and create a build specifically tailored to my intended use. The component selection process was simple; purchasing was simple; pricing was reasonable so I placed my order. I was surprised and impressed with how quickly the system was assembled and shipped. I received the system 9 days later and began setup. The video card had apparently vibrated loose during shipping but once I reseated it everything worked great. I am very pleased with the system and now that I know I can create custom builds, I will be purchasing future PC's directly from CyberPowerPC. Thanks, Tom Schneider

The only reason why the product quality is a 4, when I got the computer the auto fans did not spin. I had to undo all of the cable management to find the 4 pin connector as it was not hooked up to the motherboard. It was zip tied in a bundle of cables.

Tech and support service is very good. Very fast and helpful with any issues during this purchase. PC took a little while to put together due to parts needing to be shipped in. I ended up swapping out a part with another so it can be made on time before payment Expired. Support was good and proactive to try and get my PC out within this time frame. It was a good swap so I am still happy with overall product. My PC arrived missing power cord and usb OS backup. Support is sending them with standard shipping. So I won’t be able to test/rate my PC for another week. PC was packaged very well. Other than missing parts , Very happy with shipping and delivery. I gave overall experience a 4 out of 5. Loss of 1 point for time and missing parts on delivery but I am happy with the overall experience. I will continue to recommend cyber power to friends and family.

Video card bracket delivered with a crack and caused the video card to become loose. Still have not received a resolution for this.

The packing was barely adequate to protect the PC during shipping. This resulted in some dings and dents to different parts of the chassis.

Overall extremely happy with this computer purchase. The pricing was insanely competitive especially with current GPU and RAM prices. The build was clean and neat. The only issue is that the liquid cooler is making a rattling noise but the customer service was fast and responsive with setting up an RMA. The product shipped way ahead of schedule and arrived 4 days ahead of schedule. Everyone I have spoken to has been polite and helpful. It’s really been a great experience. The only reason for the 4 in product quality was the CPU cooler besides that it’s been a great experience that I would feel confident purchasing again or recommending others to purchase.

I have ordered from CyberpowerPC twice before with custom builds and have gotten exactly what I ordered. Very Happy with the past purchases and this one is no different. This build I called my "supercomputer" as I probably won't get any further updates, so I chose the best up-to-date parts both for speed and gaming. The website makes it very easy to order components, production was very prompt, the build time was fast (three to four days from the order and payment), and communication was excellent. You cannot go wrong ordering from CyberpowerPC. The computer arrived in well packaged, sturdy box, and the interior of the case was very well stabilized with foam for transport and delivery. No DOA here, and I couldn't be more pleased. Great job, CyberpowrrPC team members!!!!! My hat's off to Steve for his communication. Thanks!!!! Gary C.

All though the wait took nearly 1 month or 2-3 weeks it was worth the wait. Being my first place to buy a gaming pc really is special to me. Glad nothing was damaged on arrival. Everything worked and all products including cpu was in good working condition.

So far I have not had any issues with the gaming PC that I purchased. As a repeat customer, I feel that CyberPowerPC always has the best quality products that fit within friendly budgets. Despite no issues with the PC, the only thing I would suggest to improve the user experience would be to have the option in the custom builder to allow the option to add a secondary drive.
