Please consider allowing customers to adjust the delivery date and time. If the UPS driver hadn’t gone out of his way to re-deliver my PC after 5 p.m., I would not have received it due to the weekday delivery windows of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

I highly recommend purchasing from here, pre-builds get a lot of animosity. But Cyberpowers deals are unbeatable. There prices and quality is beyond great i highly recommend them to anyone who is unsure they will take care of you

PC arrived with bent, misaligned plate the AIO radiator mounts too allowing the radiator to sag down and not sit level messing with the clean look of the PC. It appears there is a clip or a tab missing that would keep everything level and lined up. I don’t believe it is damage from shipping as pc arrived in a box in good condition with all of the extra padding inside the pc case itself. More than likely it happened during install and was missed during QC. This is a minor issue and I’m a repeat customer and will buy again. I will be reaching out to support to see what my options are or figuring out how to support/shim the radiator mounts to correct the issue.

Said it would ship on the 7th and I've not seen any update other than " invoiced " so when I track it I have no idea when I will get it.

I almost bought extra case fans that wouldn’t fit so more obvious warnings about that would be helpful. The PC was delivered with the power switch flipped ON. It didn’t hurt anything but I was surprised when i plugged it in and the AIO cooler light turned on immediately. The fans are louder than i expected. I’ll probably have to look into quieter ones in the future unfortunately.

I never got any updates on the status of my computer, on why it took so long. Just 'In Progress', 'Warehouse' (whatever that means?), 'QC'. That was it. Then UPS told me it was going to be here tomorrow. Good thing I have a UPS account otherwise I would of never known as your website never updated, I got zero notification from you guys it was on the way or done or anything. Overall I am very satisfied with the product, quality is excellent but you might want to look into improving your communication platform a bit.

I would suggest that you include a hard copy, usb or digital folder(s) containing the PDF manuals for the case, motherboard, CPU and video card. This would help a lot prior to us trying to find these on the web. I added a harddrive and found the need for the MB manual right away.

Great PC, weird confirmation call required but I guess I just wasn’t used to it, quick and easy customer service but you guys just aren’t always available (I called almost 12 times before getting a representative. Overall though Cyberpowerpc has my biz.

Ordering was very easy and choices in configuring my PC was great. It was a very easy experience and it was built and delivered fairly quickly compared to companies I have dealt with in the past. Would definitely buy another PC from Cyberpower!

Your website is a bit wonky and difficult to get full details of the hardware options. For instance, I couldn't find details on the motherboard or case I selected (how many ports of which type on front/back) and I don't believe dimensions were published. When I went back to look at my order, the page I was routed to was the basic template and made me think I forgot to make the desired selections.

We had purchased a CyberPower PC years ago and it was not cost effective to fix. My wife pulled up the CyberPowerPC webpage and started looking at all the different options for her use. I know that she had emailed Sales for specifics about a particular mother board. They got right back to her and then the order was made. We received emails throughout the process to let us know the steps that were happening. My wife was thrilled to know that the sales team really cared about the order.

Cyberpower PC website did not have shipping updates, just saidn "in process." I only found out my PC was out fir delivery after calling and asking for an update on my status. I chose a prebuilt that was ready to ship within 48 hours so I knew to call to ask for an update. Having an updated order status on the website so people know when to be expect delivery or when to be home to sign for delivery is pretty important. Please fix this for future customers.

This is the second major rig I've bought from CPPC. The first computer lasted from 2012, and when I researched all of the retailers and sites for something new, I kept coming back to CPPC. I even asked ChatGPT to find me the best deals for a PC that's relatively future proof and can keep up with a variety of resource intensive applications. Regardless of my research or AI, CPPC kept coming up and so it was a no brainer going with you all again. A big additional benefit was the price. I went in thinking I would spend at least $2.2K but ended up spending $1.8K with upgrades. In terms of the shopping experience, I really appreciate the degree of customization for each PC with all of the options clearly laid out. This was one of the reasons I went with you back in 2012. That being said, I admit that I couldn't tell you the difference between any of the variants. To make up for my deficit, I asked ChatGPT about each of the near alternatives for most of the components. I'm sure you all are working on ways to help customers understand these minor differences.

The box came with a large "dent" but overall the computer survived. Purchasing online was a bit of a hassle. I had two orders cancelled because I used my credit card and not Amazon pay or another method. I wouldn't offer CC purchases if that's the case.
