Everything was great, my only complaint is that the All in One cooler was put on the bottom of the case which can cause early failure of the pump when it is higher then the radiator. With that case there were options to put the AIO on the top, front or side, which would have been a much better choice.

I'm a 61-yr old man who first purchased an IBM PC in 1984. Back then, the only decisions I recall having to make were whether to purchase 512k or 640k of RAM, single or dual 5-1/4" floppy disk drives, and monochrome or color CGA monitor. :-) After buying new computers every 3 - 6 years for several decades, I stretched out my most recent purchase interval to 12 years. It was clearly time to upgrade again but the large numbers of vendors and new technology options were nearly overwhelming. Thanks to some direction from my son, I discovered that CyberPowerPC had an easy-to-use online configuration builder offering quality components at reasonable prices. In a short amount of time my computer was built, shipped, and received in excellent condition consistent with its accreditation and A+ rating from the BBB. Thank you CyberPowerPC!

PC itself is great, but the “3” and the “C” keys don’t work very well on the keyboard

I purchased this system with a lot of modifications to the selected parts, they were all built perfectly and the system was well wired. The shipping packaging was excellent and all extra power supply wires and additional parts were included. I went with a total AMD build and I'm very happy with it.

Has been a while since I built a computer and decided it was time to treat myself and go for an upgrade. Previous computer is an i7-5390K with a 1080 TI and some other bells and whistles. I've been keeping track of prices on parts for a new computer, and the Spring Sale finally gave me a price point I liked, so I made the move to finally get a new PC -- I also fell in love with the Hyte Y60 case I saw on the splash page. Computer was shipped promptly and came faster than expected. It came safe and secure with foam inserts keeping everything in place. I inspected it as soon as I received it. Checked the cables and was glad to see how well constructed the kit was from front to back. No corners were cut, and everything was at it should be. Powered it up, and everything has been great. Since I've been away from PC gaming for so long, I've been hunting for games to push the PC to its limits. Played Death Stranding on it and was getting 240 fps with a 6900 XTX. Still working on tuning it and setting Windows 11 to my liking.
