I waited to complete the survey until I'd spent a good amount of time with the laptop to make sure that everything was good to go. There were no issues with getting things set up initially. I really liked that there was not a huge amount of bloatware pre-installed on the device vs the Dell two-in-one I tried out before ordering the Tracer. Awesome laptop for the price.

Overall quality good! My son loves his computer. The lighted keyboard was awesome and the lighted mines. I liked how I constantly received updates on the process. I received the laptop fast! Thank you for the merchandise. If I need another gaming laptop I will most definitely purchase from this company hands down! My sons computer is working perfectly and has made me and my son very happy! Thumbs up ????

Very impressed with third party parts coming together to make this pc run smoothly. Volume on the F keys doesn’t work, I don’t know if they are set to a different sound output but do recommend this.

Works very well. No issues so far. There are no cosmetic flaws or anything like that. Great for running mid graphic games.
