Amazing laptop plays everything awesome renders everything smoothly and is the bomb

This is my second time I bought a computer with CyberPowerPC. The first one was a gaming PC and this second one is a gaming laptop although will not be use for gaming but for work/personal related purposes. I like their idea of having the consumer configure the components that they want for their PC and this is where CyberPowerPC shines! Everything else is excellent except for the following items below: - the laptop came with the camera at the bottom of the screen. I didn't notice this when I purchase that model and I didn't like the idea of having the camera at the bottom of the screen. My fingers gets in the way on camera while typing. - the second is shipping through UPS. On the day the package arrived in UPS facility in my city early morning, UPS can't deliver the package to me (their facility is only 30 mins away from me) and took them 2 days to deliver. WHY? - the third is when I asked Carlo C to check why UPS could not deliver on that same day or the following day but never got any response from Carlo.
