The Graphic Evolution of Lara Croft

It’s been weeks now since the news that Daisy Ridley (a.k.a. Rey in Star Wars VIII: Force Awakens) is considered for the role of Lara Croft in the 2017 reboot film of Tomb Raider. Although many are excited to see Daisy as Lara Croft in the upcoming movie, we couldn’t deny the fact that Angelina Jolie was the perfect Lara Croft we all grew to love. But we might as well get use to it considering the fact that we’ve seen Lara Croft undergo several makeovers and reboots in the game. And since we’re talking about that, how about taking a step backward in time and remember how Lara Croft look like in the first game.

Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation was the fourth installment in the game and became one of the best-selling games in U.K. for two consecutive months. Tomb Raider V: Chronicles was a game tied to The Last Revelation which possessed the same looks and graphic designs of the former game.

It was critically acclaimed and the graphics we’re considered advanced especially when played into a 4k gaming PC. The game was quickly followed by a sequel titled Rise of the Tomb Raider which was released in November 2015.
